These Terms govern access to and use of AthenaMi’s Verified Engagement Intelligence and decision governance services.

AthenaMi provides a decision-support and evidence-governance layer that evaluates when engagement signals are sufficiently reliable to inform human judgment. AthenaMi operates alongside an organization’s existing CRM, messaging, and analytics tools.

AthenaMi provides governed analytical outputs intended to support human review and discretion. AthenaMi does not make business decisions on an organization’s behalf or send the organization’s marketing messages.

Organizations retain responsibility for how AthenaMi outputs are interpreted and used. Organizations control campaign content, respondent relationships, messaging strategy, and downstream decisions.

AthenaMi applies system-defined governance rules to determine whether engagement evidence is shown, withheld, or labeled as insufficient. These rules are designed to promote reliability, transparency, and decision readiness.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent safeguards, interfere with platform integrity, or use AthenaMi in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Access to AthenaMi requires an authorized account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and ensuring authorized use within your organization.

Respondents may use AthenaMi to participate in assessments or other engagement activities associated with an organization's campaign. The organization remains responsible for its campaign, outreach, content, and relationship with respondents.

Respondents are responsible for information they submit through AthenaMi and for complying with applicable law and any applicable terms or requirements communicated by the organization in connection with its campaign.

Where a reward is offered through AthenaMi, eligibility and payment are subject to applicable participation requirements, verification and anti-abuse controls, reward terms presented through the service, and completion of any required payout setup. AthenaMi may withhold, cancel, or reverse a reward where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, participation cannot be verified, fraud or abuse is detected, or applicable payout requirements are not completed.

AthenaMi handles respondent information as described in our Privacy Policy.

AthenaMi may charge activation, subscription, platform, or other fees as presented through the service or agreed with an organization. Organization funding and respondent reward transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. AthenaMi is not a bank or deposit institution.

AthenaMi retains rights in its technology, methodologies, governance frameworks, analytical models, and related platform materials. Organizations retain rights in their campaign data and content.

We may update, modify, or improve the service over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The service is provided “as is.” AthenaMi does not guarantee outcomes, performance improvements, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AthenaMi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.

AthenaMi may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable laws, or business practices. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
